Are all of your products Gluten-Free?
Yes, our full range of Hot & Ice teas are Gluten-Free.
Are all of your products Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly?
Yes, our full range of Hot & Ice teas are Vegan friendly.
Are all of your products Plastic-Free?
This is something we are extremely passionate about. We were the first Tea manufacturer to introduce staple & glue free tea bags many years ago. We have also removed all plastics from our Loose Leaf Pouch & Tin range, and even more exciting is that we are the first Tea manufacturer to introduce a Non-GM Plastic Free pyramid (launching in Oct 2018).
Are your products Fairtrade?
We do have many of our products that meet the Fairtrade standard. However we also have a lot of lines that are Demeter certified, which requires us to pay a higher price for our teas. Looking after the source of our products is something we are proud of going the extra mile to do. If you have any concerns about any products that aren't Fairtrade, we would be happy to talk to you about the work we do to support our supply chain.
Are all of your products Organic?
Yes, we very much believe in The Purity Of The Source. So you can rely and every product that we sell being Organic certified, with many also being Demeter (Biodynamic) certified as well. See more about Biodynamic here.
Do you have a decaff tea in your range?
Currently we don’t offer a decaffeinated tea, many of the popular methods used to decaffeinate the teas use chemicals which as a 100% certified organic brand we do not believe in. We are currently investigating organic methods to achieve this as we understand some consumers love the taste of tea but cannot have caffeine in their drinks. As an alternative to our teas, you can enjoy our Herbal Infusions that are caffeine-free.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship to many countries around the world.
