Christmas Tea
Spiced. Herbal. Joyful.
Put the kettle on. The decorations are staying up. Hot ginger, sweet cassia, liquorice root, bright orange peel, a pinch of clove and fresh lemongrass. It's the kitchen in December in a mug.
There's no black tea in it at all, so you can have it at the end of a long evening.
