Camomile Tea Bags

Flowers. That's the whole ingredient list, 20 bags of them. We use the flower itself rather than the green calyx underneath it (which tastes nasty), and it's slower to get hold of, but it gives you a softer, honeyed cup that makes up for it.

It's soft, honeyed and gentle, and lovely at the end of the day. Up to four minutes.

Use one tea bag per cup. Brew with freshly boiled water and infuse for up to four minutes.

This flowery tea is delicious any time of day. Take it to bed for a relaxing moment before you drift to sleep.
