Biodynamic Green Tea Bags

Your everyday green, a bag at a time, and the leaf the other greens are built on. People usually go off green tea because of bitterness, and bitterness usually means cheap leaf or water that's too hot. We use Darjeeling green leaf from biodynamic gardens, which comes out light, mellow and clean.

Let the kettle settle for a minute first and you'll see what we mean. Then two to three minutes.

Pour over hot water and infuse for three minutes – longer if you want an even stronger brew. It's delicious with a slice of lemon or on its own.
