Green Tea & Jasmine Tea Bags

The one that changes people's minds about green tea. We make it the slow way: the leaf gets laid out with real jasmine flowers and left to breathe them in until it takes on the scent. It's a faintly ridiculous amount of faff compared with spraying it on. Then you lift the lid, and you stop asking why.

It's floral and soft, with a clean finish and none of the bitterness green tea gets blamed for. Let the kettle settle for a minute, then give it two to three minutes.

Use one teaspoonful per cup. Brew with freshly boiled water and infuse for up to three minutes.
