Your everyday green by the kilo, for anyone who's got properly serious about it. People usually go off green tea because of bitterness, and bitterness usually means cheap leaf or water that's too hot. We use loose Darjeeling green leaf from biodynamic gardens, which comes out light, mellow and clean.

Let the kettle settle for a minute first and you'll see what we mean. Then two to three minutes.

Use one teaspoonful per cup. Pour over hot water and infuse for up to three minutes. Delicious with a slice of lemon or on its own. Enjoy this fresh, lively tea any time of day including with lunch.
