Use one tea bag per cup.
Brew with freshly boiled water and infuse for up to three minutes or more if you want an even stronger brew. Unlike mainstream Breakfast tea ours is a larger leaf size and so infuses slowly.
Complement with milk or cream for a rich, gutsy tea that will set you up for the day ahead.
As its name suggests, best enjoyed in the morning.
