Here I am at an event to promote the local producers Budgens stock. We were thrilled to be involved and the event went really well helping to highlight the superior quality of these artisan producers. Not least for all the delicious samples to try!

This month we made the most of the sunshine and enjoyed a few of the delicious organic green tea mojitos in the recipe mentioned, perfect for a summer evening!
We used Papagayo Organic White Rum from the Organic Spirit Company. It is the result of an innovative project set up to help struggling sugar cane workers in the Arroyos y Esteros region of Paraguay and joins the other award winning spirits in the range.
