  1. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has recently published the results of a work on the essences of green tea. Granting to the study, consuming green tea accumulated the metabolic rate of the subjects, thus resulting in higher vigour uptake. These effects, once ascribed to caffeine, have now been confirmed to be misrelated. In the study, some subjects consumed green tea supplements and the rest where administered the same quantity of caffeine in other manners.
