Oolong Elderflower Iced Tea Review

Wednesday, July 7th, 2010

“Suave, rond en bouche et sans aucune amertume, ce thé glacé se la joue viking avec ses fleurs de sureau plein la bouteille. Celles-ci sont mélangées, avant d’être filtrées, au thé Oolong, pauvre en caféine, et au sirop d’agave pour la note sucrée diététiquement correcte. Congelé dans un grand plat, puis gratté à la fourchette, il fera un granité à tomber.”

Translation:
“Sophisticated, rounded in flavour and without any bitterness, this iced tea is packed full of elderflowers. They are blended with the Oolong tea. Low in caffeine with agave syrup which is low in calories. Freeze it in a large dish and crush to a granite.”

We’re delighted to announce that our Earl Grey Leaf tea has won an Organic Food Award and that we got a whole article in The Times! Of course, we believe that our partner estates produce some of the world’s finest organic teas and we’re not the only ones who think so. Our Earl Grey is made from a careful blend of biodynamic darjeeling tea and natural oil of bergamot -  no artificial flavourings. Resulting in a smooth, aromatic and sophisticated tea.

Our white tea was also Highly Commended. This is a special handmade tea, tiny new leaves and buds are carefully hand picked and sun-dried, leaving the tea fresh and full of healthy antioxidants. Our white tea is deliciously sweet with a light silvery liquor. Known for its anti ageing benefits.
